Hey, backers! We've got more stuff to show you!

First, here's a look at Annie from Skullgirls, drawn in Indivisible's style!

We're super thankful to Autumn Games for letting us use one of our favorite characters from the Skullgirls world. She hasn't had the chance to make an appearance there yet, but we're excited for her to tear it up in Indivisible!

And to give you a very rough idea of how different each game's style is, take a look at this comparison:

Now that we've shown off Annie, here's the full line-up of the guest characters for Indivisible, all lined up properly:

Yet another Incarnation has been given the intro video treatment. This time, it's Kushi!

This one is also narrated by the illustrious Kai Kennedy!

Lead Clean Up Artist Richard Suh did a nice drawing of Dhar yesterday to remind people we've got limited time left in the campaign! As of today there are actually only 17 days left. Please keep spreading the word about Indivisible!

That's it for today. Let's keep this rocket soaring toward the goal!

The above image comes courtesy of ZONE! Go here for the animated version. Link is SFW but beware there is sound! Feel free to spread both around.

WE MADE IT TO 1 MILLION DOLLARS!

Amazing. We're up to 7 digits. 1.5 million feels so much closer now! Your support and enthusiasm is what's making this all possible, and we can't thank you enough.
Art Director Mariel Cartwright drew a special piece of thank-you artwork to commemorate hitting this enormous milestone!

And here's the next Incarnation!
~ Tatanka ~

A shaman renowned for his passionate drumming which brought forth departed spirits, Tatanka's life was forever changed by a simple errand boy. Mistaking his nameplate for that of the Great Warlock Tanaka who lived next door, the hasty courier delivered the wrong package of mystical ingredients - with disastrous results.

Attempting to summon the spirit of his next client's dead wife, Tatanka instead called forth an ancient spirit of mysterious origin. Though the two have since forged an uneasy alliance, neither is happy with the current state of affairs. Unable to rid himself of the irritating specter alone, Tatanka travels the world seeking an exorcist skilled enough to sever the bond.

Lastly, we've released yet another Incarnation intro video:

Thank you again for your support. Let's make this week a great one!

We're coming up on $1 million, which is simply mind-boggling to us. And it's all thanks to you, backers - all 15,000+ of you! We are incredibly thankful for your support.

It's the weekend, and the perfect time to convince* that friend of yours they should sit down and play through the prototype!"

* convince, coerce, cajole, whichever method you prefer.

Speaking of which, the Windows build has been updated with a bug fix and a cool visual upgrade for when Ajna gains a new party member! The Linux and Mac builds should be updated soon to reflect those changes. We're not sure yet if it'll be possible to patch the PS4 versions due to the unusual circumstances of the prototype, but we'll update you when we know more.

We've adapted another guest character to the art style of Indivisible: the war golem Calibretto from Battle Chasers!

Battle Chasers is the creation of artist and game developer Joe Madureira, who's graciously given us the opportunity to feature this gargantuan character in Indivisible. Joe's new game development studio Airship Syndicate is currently working on the Battle Chasers: Nightwar, which looks absolutely stunning!

Next, another character got the intro video treatment! This time, Thorani:

Lastly, we wanted to show you a quick comparison between Indivisible's art style and that of Skullgirls. We're maintaining the same level of quality with each frame of animation, though of course there are stylistic changes, but one major difference is the new colored lines layer - or "dye" layer, as we've been calling it - for each frame. You can see it all the way to the right in this image:

Now take a look at this comparison image:

On the right is what Ajna would look like without this extra "dye" layer. This technique adds a certain softness to the character, and fortunately doesn't add too much time to production.

Interestingly, Mane6 - the other dev team using the Z-Engine - began employing this technique in their recently-crowdfunded game Them's Fightin' Herds completely independently of us, and posted a cool article about the process. Great minds do indeed think alike!

Oh! And in the last update we forgot to include the link to the contest rules page. Here it is: Contest Rules

Another Incarnation reveal is right around the corner. Keep spreading the word about the game and let's get the campaign up to seven digits!

We just crossed 950k and we here at Lab Zero continue to be astounded by your support. This puts us just shy of ONE MILLION DOLLARS, and nearly a full 2/3 of the way to our funding goal!

A quick note to those of you interested in the cosplay, fan art, and speedrun contests: We've extended the deadline to December 1st at 11:59 PM Pacific! You can view contest rules here. Good luck!

And of course, hitting another milestone means we reveal a new Incarnation. We present to you...

~ Qadira ~

Secretly trained by her brother in the ways of combat, young Qadira became quite a formidable fighter. When she was finally of age, she joined her brother at the battlefront against the encroaching Iron Kingdom...only to learn that it was not a woman's place to fight, but instead to tend the wounded and distribute supplies. Crestfallen but undeterred, Qadira worked earnestly as a nurse, remaining ever near her brother.

Then the unthinkable happened - she received word that during an assault her brother had been captured.  Without hesitation she donned his spare armor and signature green sash, and rushed into combat.

That day, in a dazzling display of skill, a mysterious warrior single-handedly turned the tide of battle. But with no sign of her brother, and now wary of revealing her true identity, Qadira's quest is only just beginning.

Continuing with the steady unveiling of how each of our guest characters will look, here's Lea from Curses 'N Chaos!

Huge thanks to Tribute Games for giving us this opportunity. We love Curses 'N Chaos and are really excited to have Lea kicking some serious butt in Indivisible!

Oh, and if you'd like to stream the prototype and want an overlay, feel free to use ours! http://imgur.com/gHtoIxy

Keep spreading the word, backers. We can do this together!

We are practically speechless, backers... We hit 900k this evening, and thanks to your spectacular show of support, we have officially put in the request to Indiegogo for a full 20-day extension!

What? An extension?

Yes! We are committed to doing everything we can to help this campaign succeed, and considering the momentum we've seen over the past few days, extending it seems like our best option.

Getting this extension was a hard-won battle, but we need to keep up the pace if we're going to get Indivisible made, so let's go! There won't be any more extensions beyond this one.

For now, relax and behold the next Incarnation...

~ Lanshi ~

Lanshi is a dog, which can only mean one thing: reincarnation as an animal, resulting from his ignorant ways in a past life.

Captured as a pup, Lanshi was mercilessly abused by his new owner, who hoped to turn the massive beast into a vicious guard dog. But throughout years of mistreatment, he somehow remained friendly and obedient. Eventually dismissed as useless, Lanshi was abandoned one winter morning to wander the desolate mountains alone. He now lives a lazy life taking frequent naps under the sun, and survives on scraps provided by the adoring townspeople of his new domain, challenged by none.

Of all the questions surrounding him, the most mysterious is how this seemingly docile dog possesses the Vajra, a powerful relic that allows him to conjure and manipulate lightning when threatened. Karma works in mysterious ways - perhaps the artifact is somehow connected to Lanshi's previous misdeeds.

Keep on spreading the Indivisible love! We're steadily approaching ONE MILLION DOLLARS!
